Can I start for free?
Yes. Free covers up to 5 published passports. Check your data with the validator, the readiness check and the deadline checker, then build passports in the passport editor. Each passport gets a public page with a QR code.
What does Starter include?
Up to 100 published passports. Import product data from a file (Excel, CSV, JSON) or from a connected shop or PIM. AI maps your fields to the passport fields and shows where each value came from. Export to Excel, CSV or JSON.
What does Professional add?
GS1 Digital Link addresses, your own domain, labels and QR codes for print, batch import, a passport design taken from your own site, Ask the passport by text, and version history for every passport.
What is Ask the passport?
A consumer who scans the code can ask questions about the product and gets answers from the passport data. By text from Professional. By voice and video from Growth, billed per minute.
What is the difference between DPP Agent and Blippa?
DPP Agent serves the passport page in your brand’s look, with Ask the passport and services such as repair and resale. Blippa takes the same passport data and builds a custom consumer page on it, with community, gamification and your own integrations. You can start on DPP Agent and add Blippa later.
What if I outgrow Professional?
Growth covers up to 2,500 passports at €249/month. Enterprise starts at €799/month for up to 10,000 passports, with passports per serial number, several product categories and an SLA. Enterprise price and terms are agreed with you.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. A yearly plan costs less than twelve monthly payments. Choose Yearly above the plans to see the price and the saving for each plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the Billing page of your brand. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
