From authorisation to publish in four steps.

Connect
Enter Client ID, Client Secret, username and password from your Akeneo Connect API app. DPP Agent verifies the connection and pulls a scope report.

Map families
Pick which Akeneo family maps to which DPP category (textile / footwear / battery / electronics / cosmetics). Auto-suggestions from the family label speed this up.

Sync
The pipeline pulls product identifiers, materials, weight, country of origin, care symbols, supplier chain and certifications. Every draft passport gets AI Suggest overlays for missing mandatory fields.

Publish
Activate a passport and it lives at your custom subdomain or on your own domain. Consumers scan the QR, regulators fetch the CIRPASS-2 JSON — same URL.

Read-only. Encrypted. Auditable.
Read-only scopes only: read_catalog_structure + read_products + read_reference_entities + read_asset_families. DPP Agent never writes back to your PIM.

Multi-source by design.
Multi-source, not Akeneo-only. If you outgrow Akeneo or add a second channel, DPP Agent keeps the same passport URL — no re-migration.
The same DPP works with additional data sources over time. Add Centra alongside Akeneo, roll in a PLM, drop in a CSV for a legacy line — the passport URL never changes.

Questions we hear.
Does DPP Agent write back to Akeneo?
No. We only read. Every passport-side edit stays in DPP Agent. Your PIM remains the single source of truth for product data.
How often does data refresh?
Configurable per tenant: 1h, 6h, 12h, 24h, weekly or monthly. Manual re-sync from the tenant admin any time.
What about localised attribute values?
Full locale support — DPP Agent syncs every locale you have configured in Akeneo. Consumer scans pick the right language from Accept-Language.
Reference entities?
Yes. Certifications, suppliers, colours and other reference entities dereference automatically into their target label + attributes.
Assets?
Asset family walks are supported. Product images from asset family attributes surface on the passport hero + carousel.
