DPP Agent Validator Now Checks Against EN 18216–18223
DPP Agent's public validator (dppagent.com/validate) and the in-flow checks in Create DPP now validate every passport against the published EN 18216–18223 series, ESPR Base mandatory fields, and CIRPASS-2 schema overlays. Brand and Manufacturer separation per ESPR Article 4/9 is enforced; TARIC commodity code, batch/lot identifiers and serial numbers carried as first-class mandatory rows.
EN 18216–18223 + EN 18246 DPP Standards Series Published
CEN/CENELEC JTC 24 publishes the harmonised DPP standards series — EN 18216 (general principles), EN 18217 (data carriers), EN 18218 (unique identifiers), EN 18219 (data exchange), EN 18220 (interoperability), EN 18221 (security), EN 18222 (lifecycle), EN 18223 (rights & access), plus EN 18246 (test methods). The standards underpin ESPR delegated acts for textiles, electronics, batteries, furniture and construction.
